I haven't updated this thing for a while...This is what i have done over the last few months.
- Fitted the steel out bars inside the car
- Bolted down the front guards
- Bolted on the running boards
- Bolted the body to the chassis
- Modified the original dash to hold switches
- Fitted up the brake assembly
- Plumbed the brake lines (Thanks Joe)
- Fabricated a lower brace for the steering column
- Repainted the steering column
- Fabricated a bush for one of the steering shafts
- Fitted some of the sound / heat proofing to the front of the car
- Pulled out the diff and four bars and refitted them after I painted them
- Fitted the exhaust wrap (not the easiest job to do when the pipes are mounted under the car)
- Fitted the boot lid catch
- Fitted the boot floor (3 pieces)
- Modified the fuel tank
- Fitted the fuel tank and filler neck (Thanks for the polish on the filler neck Matty)
- Fitted the boot lid (Thanks for polishing the hinges Joe)
- Fitted the battery kill switch
- Fitted the battery box
- Fitted the Nitrous bottle brackets. Still need to plumb the Nitrous set up.
- Fitted the rear guards, rear indicators, tail lamps & rear exhaust pipes.
- Removed the two pack paint from the engine
- Stripped the engine
- Repainted the engine
- Fitted the engine and gearbox to car
- Removed the engine and gearbox from the car after I remembered that I didn't fit the sandwich plate between the engine & gearbox
- Refitted the engine and gearbox after my stuff up was fixed (Thanks Joe)
- And probably a whole heap of little bits and pieces
